Meet the Coach sounds like an old cliché; after all you won’t get to meet the coach unless you book a session with me. Nevertheless, it is important to know about whom you will be investing your hard earned cash to coach or mentor you!

Let me introduce myself, my name is Maureen SJackson and I have 29-years’ experience, working within the NHS holding various senior roles. I guess it is fair to say I have managed staff and do believe I have always excelled in coaching or mentoring direct reports, and colleagues.

I am passionate about coaching and mentoring and have successfully supported CEO/Business owners, middle managers and junior staff to achieve their goals and aspirations.  Many have gone on to achieve increase in financial growth, business development to secure new sales, secure promotion or new jobs.

The senior roles I have held are directly related to Human Resources (HR) working with senior executives and directors to manage the business cycle, financial management and workforce planning. The requirement for this role is to hold a Chartered MCIPD qualification, achieved in 2011..

I successfully attained the ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching and Mentoring Certificate. And became a Master Practitioner member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, UK.

My take on work life balance is to work to your best abilities and spend quality time with Family, Friends and love ones. Or invest in something you enjoy doing.

I am also a non-executive director at a Primary Education Academy, holding the Chief Executive and Trustees to account to ensure pupils at the 60 schools across London and the SE receive an education in line with the national curriculum and ensure all the schools have a robust financial management governance in place.

I also studied and completed the MA HRM in Leadership and Management and Postgraduate Certificate in Healthcare Management.

 I feel so blessed to have a beautiful grandson, he brings me so much joy and I spend quality time with him.
